"God is getting ready to visit Rochester, NY for Rochester, NY had a mantle that fell into the ground and it ceased to grow and it entered into decadence.  But the Lord says you are entering into the season when once again I shall cause the scent of water to come to Rochester, NY and out of Rochester, NY shall be birthed even in that territory a fire shall come out of Rochester .  And it shall begin to spread North and South and East and West.  And the Lord said" that I shall visit Rochester, NY and there are churches that are so liberal in Rochester, NY that they embarrass God.  But the Lord says I'm not gonna  be embarrassed by them any longer; I'm gonna invade them and you're gonna hear of a revival of historic churches in  Rochester, NY."
